By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Butterfly Garden Community (“Community”), operated by Flourish Holistic Nutrition (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership & Access

The Butterfly Garden Community is a paid, private, digital membership that provides educational content, coaching support, community discussion, and related resources for women in midlife and wellness transformation. Access is granted only while your subscription remains active and in good standing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment, violation of these terms, or behavior that disrupts the integrity of the community.

2. Billing, Trials & Subscription

Your subscription is billed on a recurring basis at the rate displayed at checkout. If your plan includes a free or discounted trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. After the trial, your payment method will be charged automatically at the standard rate. You authorize us to charge your card on file until you cancel. Failed or declined payments may result in immediate loss of access.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and community-based nature of this service, all payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. If you cancel during a trial period, you will not be charged. Once a paid billing period starts, no refunds are issued for unused time.

5. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

The Butterfly Garden Community provides educational and coaching-based content only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making changes to your health, diet, or medical care.

6. Community Conduct

This is a private, supportive community. You agree to:

- Be respectful and supportive of other members

- Not harass, threaten, shame, or discriminate against anyone

- Not post hateful, abusive, or harmful content

- Not spam, solicit, or promote unrelated products or services

- Not share, screenshot, or distribute private community content

We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these standards without refund.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

All content, materials, videos, posts, downloads, and coaching resources are the property of Flourish Holistic Nutrition. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share any content outside the community. Your membership is for personal use only.

8. Privacy & Data

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By joining, you consent to receive membership, billing, and support communications.

9. Limitation of Liability

Flourish Holistic Nutrition is not responsible for any personal, emotional, physical, or financial outcomes resulting from participation. You agree that we are not liable for any damages related to your use of the community.

10. Agreement

By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
